I don't like that all the talk about Congress this morning is about eyelashes and hair and bodies. Appearances. Attractiveness. Of women in power.
I don't like how it plays into mean girls stereotypes, or how it objectifies these women.

My first mammogram at 37 came back bad. No family history. Lumpectomy and radiation only because I was caught early stage. 21 years cancer free this year. Mammography saved my life.

Lola @LolaOkay, people, let's talk about mammograms. I was terrified to get my first because I'd read numerous accounts of how horrifying they are. I was in and out in five minutes.
