Last night, Democrats flipped HD-35 in FL in an R+4 environment by about 2.5 points. It was a Biden+5 seat. This means more Republicans voted in this race, but Ds won the non-affiliated voters by something like 70 to 30, which is very promising news for Democrats' persuasion ability.
