Woot! 13 cups of broth in the freezer!
Cooked the 🐓 on the 25th, which fed us 6 times each. On the 26th, dumped the bones, knuckles & extra 🐓 juice in the crock pot with oregano, thyme, basil, & bay. Likely get 20+ bowls of soup.
The broth smelled so good & almost gel like!
