When I am stressed, I breathe and reflect on the vastness of space. It's odd, but it brings me a sense of calmness. I find solace in images like these that capture the reality of the universe. While my feelings are valid, they become a bit smaller when viewed in the grander scope of the cosmos.

Personally, I am thankful everyday not just today on the holiday of Thanksgiving. Having lived through and healed drug addictions in my twenties, all I have to do is "remember when" I was an active participant, lost, lonely, confused. It's not always easy, this life, but I cherish each day. 💜
