Returning from her long trip to a chaotic house inhabited by a post-op child, a Covid + child, an injured hubby, 4 warring dogs, one of whom gave birth to 7 pups, she had to #steal away to the camper in the driveway to get some much needed peace and quiet.

There is no toy that my brothers couldn't turn into an Insane Competition (TM). Once they took my toddler's plastic ball of shapes & timed themselves putting the shapes in, then taking them out. Then they did both blindfolded. Yes, I played, too. I aced the blindfold part.

Pam picked up her cats’ #toy . The cat who was known colloquially as Fluffy had batted it off the table and it had squeaked and rolled onto the floor. The act was done, Fluffy now ignored her toy and was on her way to her cat tree. “Cats are so weird” she thought, “Wonderful but weird”.

I have a hard time wearing #red , although people say I look good in it. It’s a lucky color in much of Asia. Love luck! I worked for Target and amassed a huge red wardrobe. Once I left, I rarely wore it. Then a certain hateful grifter claimed it as his campaign symbol. Can’t stomach it! #Spoutories

People never thought #red might be her favorite color. But she loved it, especially a deep red like the petals of a beautiful rose blossom. She was also partial to dusky pink which of course was on the same spectrum. On the outside people thought she was a pale blue, it was an anomaly!

After enduring cruel abuse, the puppy saw #red and wanted to bite. But his bully's frailty was soon revealed. He was a small, broken man; not a giant. Compassion prevailed; the puppy let go. The bully’s inner demons were already causing him more pain than the puppy could ever dish out. #Spoutories
