November 12, 2007, my soon to be ex husband of 26 yrs lost my home of 17 years to foreclosure. I had 3 weeks to find a new place to live and move my business and myself. I lost 20 lbs in the process of purging, packing and carrying, but I did it, and began a new life. #DailyPictureTheme #Courage

I’m so much better in my advocacy of others than I am for myself… with that being said, in 10 days or less, we will know the date of the special election for NY 3.

1) the election will take place 70-80 days after the above-listed date.

This little guy, Mecki, was one of my toys when I was a little girl living in Berlin where my army dad was stationed. Mecki had a wooden pipe that went through a loop in his belt, but it's long gone. He's at least 72 years old. I'm just a tiny bit older. 😊

First impressions matter; if we had media attention in February, we would've lost users who wouldn't have returned. This is what happened to Threads. They were not ready for prime time, and many of their users were unhappy and moved on. Have patience; slow and steady will win the race.

I can’t. I’m calling on the strength of the ancestors.

At the doctor’s office, listening to a bunch of unmasked hens cackling about how terrible the world is, Covid is not that bad and…wait for it….they “need” Drumpf to be back in office to fix it all:

Me in the waiting room:

It's fascinating that the party whose supporters smeared human feces on the Capitol walls is now suddenly concerned about the institution's decorum

Remembering the legend Sylvester (September 6, 1947 – Dec 16, 1988). His message of love and acceptance rang out proud on the soaring dancefloor anthem Stars (1979) https://jointzoftheday.sub... written by Patrick Cowley. #disco #music #Sylvester

Be wise with your energy.

Educate when you can.

Be open to being educated.

Work dreams that serve humanity.

Be an encourager of good.

Awaken continuously.

Do justice.

Know that everything (including on social media) doesn’t warrant a response from you.

Take care.

Correct on history.
BTW: Many codicils controlling RE are easily broken or challenged in court bc they violate existing state or federal laws, which supercede them. We don't have to live by rules set by our racist predecessors but we do have to proactively delete their institutionalized residue.

So gifted. Glad he made his way to Nashville. Once he started singing he seemed to be more at ease. He walked among the crowd after his set but seemed very uncomfortable. He let him be.

Experimenting with used face masks as a support for cantaloupes on the arbor. The beauty/peril of cantaloupes is that when they’re ripe they fall off the vine. Curious to see how the masks hold up to rain and watering.

Friends,
I feel like the time has come.
The Big Reveal:
During the pandemic, when there were only a handful of staff in my school, I took the opportunity to let my hair grow out to its natural state. I had no idea what I would find but it was time to embrace that my life as a brunette was over.
