I am on pins and needles for the app. I rarely go to the bird bath mostly just to try and get some folks I respect over there to take a look here. I have seen a lot of negative Spoutible talk. I kind of chuckle as it's all lies.

I find it amusing that the Twitter acolytes feel threatened by Spoutible. I mean this place is tiny. I will say I tried a few other Social Media sites before landing here. Post wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t exciting. Counter Social I didn’t like. Mastodon was clunky. Musk ruined Twitter all by himself

I qualified for free hot lunch as a child. I also lived in trailer parks until second grade. I'm also a community college grad. None of these things make me bad or white trash as they are simply the facts of growing up poor and they all got me where I am today which is awesome and well fed.

Most people don’t want to be confrontational. But I know if it’s making me feel squeamish it’s making others that way too. This leads to less Spoutible engagement and possible account deletions by observers. It’s not healthy for Spoutible. People are leaving twitter to avoid this kind of thing.

My jury duty service is complete for one year. I reported to a courtroom but never ended up in a jury seat at any time.
It's funny how, in jury duty, being excused or dismissed feels like a good thing, the reverse of situations where we want to be part of something but don't get picked. 🙂

There are times in life when things happen contrary to what we expect and we feel angry about it. It is ideal to go through life with little to no stress, and the way to do that isn't to expect the world to behave a certain way but to be flexible and respond appropriately to whatever happens.
