About Greek frappé: Freddo Espresso and Freddo Cappuccino may have surpassed frappé consumption BUT it's a fashion statement, a fancy version of frappé. Another thing: coffee at a café in Greece is more expensive than Paris. So the narrator is wrong about that. And yes, tea is for sick people :)

I'm late to this discussion, but here's my take.
If you make coffee in a press, the longer you leave it the stronger it gets, with no real limit other than how fast you need the caffeine.
Steep your tea too long, however, and you end up with leaf stew.

If it please the Court, I present that tea is nothing more than watered down coffee of poor quality. Coffee is robust, has body, warm aromas. Different locations provide new tastes. I'll allow there are more tea drinkers in the world BUT offer that coffee drinkers are rare bc we're 'special' 😁
