Jack Dorsey seems happiest starting projects but lacks follow-through. While development is exciting and rewarding, it's the long-term maintenance of both platform and community that is more challenging. I don't think Jack is up to the challenge in this regard.

It's amazing how much of the #menopausal transition is glossed over in medical school. As a doctor going through this myself, I have the same questions as you. Medicine is so very behind on women's health. If anyone is interested, I can post things I learn along the way. #inthistogether

Thoughts re upcoming SCOTUS immunity arguments. there is no such thing as total immunity. If there was, Nixon wld not have needed a pardon. And, even if there is partial immunity for official presidential acts, Trump’s conduct here is not within its scope.

The Belle Isle Aquarium is the oldest in the U.S. dating back to 1904. It was designed by famed architect Albert Kahn and the green tiled ceiling is designed to make visitors feel like they are under water. Belle Isle is situated between Michigan and Ontario in the Detroit River. I visited today.
