Their end goal is to destroy the public education system entirely, so only those wealthy enough to afford to pay for their kids to get a private education get one. It guarantees a poorly-educated underclass they can pay very little. It sucks, but it makes sense.

I suggest people should partake in a first aid course. As a person there awaiting paramedics you can provide essential assistance. And it's one reason I always carry a first aid kit. This is a chunky one but it has all the important stuff and I've also added additional supplies. Always in my bag.
