Our local Rural Dems group has been sending letters to new homeowners in our area, reminding them to update their address with the BoE and also join us in our efforts to elect more Democrats. Today I realized I've sent over 200 letters since September!

Iris' have a fairly long stem with multiple flower blooms. Photo taken while having my first cup of coffee this morning. You can't really tell but this is a common two-tone purple but the top petals look almost white.

Unfortunately, not a happy Caturday for me. My special friend, Roswell, passed away yesterday at the age of 18. I have never had a cat that loved me so much and I have never loved a cat so much. I miss him so much and the tears are flowing.
