Would you say the same thing if we sold them to Russia or North Korea? When you sell weapons, you need to be accountable for who uses them and how. It's the actual US policy.

You don't rally voters to vote "against" something , you rally them to vote "for" something. The Democrats have been using fear for too long. Voters need hope, that's what brings them out en masse. And we NEED en masse.

If it's not his war, than he should have no problem not giving them American weapons. Honestly some of y'all need to learn accountability. Stop giving the genocidal dictator weapons. It's that easy.

Biden definitely didn't give it to him when he used Netanyahu's propaganda in his speech. That was certainly a choice.

I'm sorry, I am sure that you entered into this with genuine intentions to have a conversation. I have already endured too much abuse- for trying to engage in a conversation around what I have seen with the voters that I have access to.

I am just too tired to keep this going tonight.

The administration should hire you to work for Trump. You could make anyone not want to vote for whoever you think is the better candidate.

If bullying people into voting worked, Trump would be the current President. Something to keep on mind when your only tool is a hammer.

I don't think that my aunt has a candidate in mind, she is more questioning why their wasnt a viable one put forth. I think a lot of people are asking that question.

Unfortunately, I don't think people in this space are ready to have that conversation.

You will vote for who you want. It's not a genuine question. It's not a genuine conversation. It's not a genuine exchange.

You have a mirror, go ask that who YOU should vote for.

Biden has had Congressional healthcare for the majority of his life. Of course he is on better heth than someone of his generation from the working class.

She lived through a Presidential Assassination and the third in line is a Christo-Fascist.

I don't think that my aunt is paying much attention to them, nor most. I think that she is more concerned about voting for someone who she does not believe will live another term. She lived through a Presidential assassination and the current third in line being a Christo-Fascist causes concern.

I bet you could change her mind. Talking down to her, insulting her, and gaslighting her about her fears surrounding a person of her generation who is clearly declining.

I wouldn't do that. I listen and use that as a measure of conversations that happen at kitchen tables across the country.

Of course I didn't try to change my aunt's mind. You have to listen to people to see where they are coming from. And what she said was not unreasonable, it was valid. Also, she is a lifelong Dem, she's going to vote for whoever they put up. She knows what the opposite is. She is a barometer for me.

She might not have. Those fears are only going to be assuaged during the race, so I hope the administration has a strong election plan to address those fears.

Fear is a strange thing for elections, it motives some and freezes others. Hope is a much better motivator. Hope brings people to the polls

My talking about a conversation that I had with my Silent Generation/lifelong Dem aunt, is working against Biden? If having an honest conversation about voters concerns during an election year, is working against the candidate we are in worse trouble than I realized.

We are very much hiring him, if we weren't Trump would still be President. He was hired once, and we, the voters decided to not hire him again. That's how Democracy works. Until it doesn't. Which it won't if this administration doesn't figure out how to speak to the many that have grave concerns.

I don't think there is a dispelling of concerns about his health and age. She is his age, she knows her limitations. Delegating to the VP isn't bad. I just brought it up, as my idea of how this administration would approach the race.

The making no sense was in regards to the lack of a primary.

It doesn't matter who I want you to vote for. It doesn't matter who you want me to vote for. It matters who can convince the most people to get to the polls. And ignoring concerns, shouting down valid questions, and bullying aren't the way.

It's impossible to have a conversation about reality with folks in this space.

I don't need to acknowledge your opinion. You aren't seeing the point. These are real fears and questions that voters have. If they aren't addressed, we are looking at a repeat of 2016. The DNC was blindsided, we need that not to happen again.
