I have not eaten sugar in 7 years exept for a very occasion piece of chocolate. really little.
You would be amazed how quicly I can taste the sugar in everything now, and dislike it, even beer.
and cant eat ketchup or bbq sauce now, it's half sugar.

Barb and I hadn't seen each other for several years after she moved to Seattle to pursue her career and take care of family. When John and I were able to visit on our western camping trip, a good, warm hug made all the great times together come flooding back to mind.
