One thing to put on your radar: If Trump sells real estate for cash he's going to be killed with tax on recaptured depreciation. RE investors NEVER sell for cash - they borrow against and they 1031 exchange. They usually have close to zero basis in assets. Bigly taxes to be paid if assets are sold.
