Just read that 60% of Fox News cable carriage deals are up for negotiation this year. Public pressure works. There is no reason we all should be paying for Fox News as the second most expensive basic channel after ESPN. Put pressure on your cable company. Enough is enough.

I think it's time for gun owners to be required to carry gun insurance to pay for damages and get hit with rate hikes every time their gun is involved in an incident, similar to car insurance.
Victims shouldn't bear the costs of gun violence: hospitalization, funerals, damages, etc. Money Talks!

I think of my friends Anne and Lynn both who should still be here, Anne's last photo and tweet was her on a respirator still having hope...she didn't make it. Lynn survived the initial strain but we all can surmise long COVID played a role in her not being here with us. It hurts.

I keep thinking of the elders in my family who early on had no idea that the air carried the contagion that would take them out. How they died of respiratory failures and had the indignity of being stored then mass dumped. They were the many casualties of Trump's presidency.
